Tsinandali, Tbilvino, special cuvée, 2010

Another Tsinandali, part of a special cuvée produced by Tbilvino. A traditional mixture of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes, with a very light straw colour, aged in oak barrels. The first whiff reveals aromas of vanilla, dried apricots and quince. A very well-balanced wine whose soft flavour is equalled by its pleasant acidity.
