A cherry-red wine made in qvevri according to traditional methods from Shavkapito grapes grown in the Mukhrani Valley in Kartli. Aromas of grated cornelian cherries, bilberries and barberries. This is quite a strong wine, full-bodied, bursting with tannins and with a long finish. This is a very new wine, and it would be best to let it age, ripen and soften with time. Enjoy with fried chicken or chakhokhbili (stewed lamb).
