This traditional, amber-yellow Rkatsiteli wine made in qvevris has quite intense first aromas blending notes of vegetation with the smell of walnuts. Its flavour reveals sweet hints of spices such as ginger. Quite a long and pleasantly stinging finish, with notes of minerals. This wine would go well with dressed beef dishes, kalia (pork stew with garlic) or kharcho (Georgian meat stew with walnuts).
