Château Mukhrani’s premium wine was made from Goruli mtsvane grapes grown in the Mukhrani Valley. The wine is a pale golden colour with intriguing aromas—step-by-step, first to reveal themselves are herbal aromas of coriander, followed by aromas of ripe white fruit and citrus fruit, ending with a pinch of peanuts. This is quite a complex wine, and besides its refinement its main characteristic is that if offers those who drink it new discoveries with every sip. It would best be served with citrus salads or with oysters or other seafood.
