This PDO wine is made from a traditional blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane kakhuri grapes grown in the Tsinandali micro-zone. This wine has been laid down to age in oak barrels for 5 months, which gives it its first aromas of oak with notes of vegetation. A relatively strict and muted wine with a pleasant level of acidity and a medium-length finish. This wine would go well with many dishes, ranging from light salads and boiled fish to meat salads.
