Khareba ‘Brut’, Khareba, 2011

This sparkling wine is a further vintage produced by the Khareba winery according to the traditional bottled method. Straw-yellow with lemon-yellow hues, it was made from the Imeretian Tsitska variety of grape. Distinguished by its pleasant sparkle, this wine has notes of citrus fruit, flowers and waffles, and is characterized by its lively acidity and dryness. It would best be served as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to light dishes.
