Last year, the appearance of the previous vintage of this wine was a pleasant surprise for lovers of pink wines. After Saperavi rosé, this was the first rosé to be made in Georgia from grapes grown in Kartli. The wine has a very light ruby-red colour with a delicate golden lustre. This is a new, joyful wine with notes of fresh figs, redcurrant and barberry, and would be an excellent accompaniment to bird pâtés.
