Otskhanuri Sapere, Imeretian Wine Company, 2008

One of the first Otskhanuri Sapere wines to appear on the Georgian market; it is to be hoped that many companies will produces wines from this Imeretian variety of grape. This wine was produced in Sviri, the best Imeretian micro-zone where the unique local soil and climate are ideal for local Imeretian varieties of grape from which the best wines can be made. This Otskhanuri Sapere is morello-cherry-red in colour with a deep aroma and an elegant and rich finish.
