Made from relatively late-picked, well-ripened French Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in Kartli, this wine’s bouquet has all the classic hallmarks of Sauvignon blanc—herbal aromas followed by those of gooseberries. This semi-dry white wine became quite rare over the past few years. The softness and acidity of this relatively strong wine (14.5%) combine harmoniously. Sweeter notes of honey, for example, will also be felt when tasting. Serve well chilled with sushi or with citrus and fruit salads.
