Saperavi, Tbilvino, special cuvée, 2010

This Saperavi is part of Tbilvino's special cuvée of the 2010 harvest. It is a very young wine, raspberry-red in colour with a lilac halo. Nicely acidic with aromas of vegetation followed by powerful notes of cherry. A promising wine with an excellent potential for ageing, and will hopefully peak in a few years' time.
