This intense, ruby-red rosé has powerful first aromas of pomegranate, jam made from sour plums, guelder rose (Viburnum opulus) and crushed redcurrants. It is a distinctive, strong and muscular rosé with loads of character, and despite the fact that it may not meet some people’s expectations of a rosé wine it is nonetheless a welcome addition to the range of Georgian pink wines. Goes well with boiled beef or salads with ham.
