Left to ferment in qvevri according to traditional wine-making methods, this wine was made from Saperavi grapes grown in the village of Anaga. A very distinctive full-bodied wine with aromas of wild mint, sage and bilberries. A young wine with a sharp, aggressive flavour. Will improve with age.
