Rkatsiteli (qvevri), Dergi, 2011

A lustrous amber-coloured wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the village of Kalauri near the town of Gurjaani. Pleasant sweet smells to begin with and piercing, strong aromas of raisins and ginger. Amazing first sip which seems to burst in the mouth with long-lasting exotic notes. Would go well with beef boiled with spices.
