A traditional qvevri wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the village of Bodbiskhevi near Sighnaghi. First aromas of cream and butter, followed by the smell of dry leaves, and later replaced by intriguing aromas of flowers and sweet spices. This wine has quite a full taste, is high in tannins, and should best be enjoyed with fried vegetables with walnut paste.
