Shilda
is made from the Saperavi grapes harvested in Shilda and Khvareli micro-zones. This deep ruby wine, clearly just beginning to come into its own, offers dominant aromas of ripe cherry, fig, berries and black olive. In the mouth it displays vibrant acidity that makes it a natural to pair with a wide range of foods and especially beans done in nuts, dolma, fried quail, and hearty meat dishes.
