Made from Chkhaveri grapes grown in several villages (Erketi, Bukistsikhe, Sakvavistkhe and Dablatsikhe) of one of Guria’s micro-zones. A relatively pale amber colour with soft and sweet aromas—first of cream followed by ripe sour plums. This is a lively and genuine wine with higher levels of acidity compared to its previous incarnation. Hints of minerals in its finish. It would go well with Gurian pies (pies with cheese and boiled eggs), pkhali (beetroot and spinach lives with ground walnuts) or cheeses.
