Cabernet-Saperavi, Teliani Valley, 2007

This wine, made from equal quantities of Cabernet sauvignon and Saperavi grapes, was left to ferment for 12 months in oak vats and was then decanted into newly-made oak barrels. Its colour is a dark cherry red with a raspberry-red lustre. A very rich bouquet mixing the aromas of barberries, blackberries and tobacco. Strong smell of oak. Full-bodied with a long finish.
