Tsinandali, Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking, 2010

This appellation wine is a classic blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane kakhuri grapes. A new and joyful wine, it has a light straw colour. Its first aromas are those of white peaches, which after tasting are followed by notes of bananas and other tropical fruits. This Tsinandali is a half-bodied wine with a lively acidity and quite an interesting finish led by the aroma of peaches. It would go well with boiled fish, white meat of turkey or chicken, or spring salads.
