Goruli mtsvane, Château Mukhrani, 2010

This is the third year that Château Mukhrani has produced this white dry wine from the local Goruli mtsvane variety of grape. This pale straw-coloured wine with hints of green has notes of fruit flowers and aromas of lime and citrus fruit. A very thin wine with a lively acidity, very pleasant in summer if served chilled. Serve with green salads, boiled white fish or as an apéritif.
