Made in qvevri according to traditional Kakhetian methods from Rkatsiteli grapes harvested from the famous “Tsarapi” vineyards in the Kardenakhi micro-zone. Initial aromas characteristic of Rkatsiteli viz. fresh walnuts and dried Georgian spices. A new wine bursting with energy, strong with a long finish and sharp tannins. A straightforward wine for the moment, which would go well with dishes such as khashlama (boiled beef with spices).
