Tsarapi, Rkatsiteli, OUR WINE, 2006

Quite an old Tsarapi. Made in qvevri according to the traditional Kakhetian method from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in a vineyard managed according to the rules of biodynamic viticulture. This lustrous, fire-coloured Rkatsiteli's bouquet includes the aromas of bergamot tea and those of sweet spices. Very pleasant flavour with soft tannins which fill the mouth with a pleasant feeling.
