Made from Saperavi grapes grown in Kondoli, this wine was left to ferment in qvevri before spending two years in oak barrels. A light morello-cherry-red in colour, with a very rich bouquet in which the aromas of sweet cream, plum jam and dried fruit can be distinguished. Moderately oaky tones. Already a mature wine, but one which would improve in a few years' time.
