Left to ferment in qvevri according to the traditional Kakhetian method, and then decanted into oak barrels and left to age therein for 10 months. An amber-coloured wine with flashes of gold. Compared to the 2007, this vintage is stronger and more hot-tempered. A bouquet of citrus peel, quince, walnut and dried yellow fruit at first, along with a slightly oaky feel. Full flavour and long finish.
