This Saperavi wine, which has been left to age in oak barrels for ten months, is another example of Tbilvino’s traditional ‘special reserve’. A new sour-cherry and cornelian-cherry-red wine with an unblemished and lively appearance, and with aromas of fruit and berries in its bouquet—predominantly long-lasting notes of crushed sour cherries, crowned by moderate, soft hints of oakiness in its flavour. Its strong tannins prolong the wine’s impression. This wine should be laid down to age for several years.
