This cornelian-cherry-red wine was made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Kindzmarauli micro-zone. It is a pleasant wine with very effective first aromas combining flowery notes with notes of black berries and sour cherries. When tasting, rough tannins are noticeable and stay in the flavour for quite some time. This wine would go well with pot-roasted lamb in sauce, lori (smoked ham) or with skewered, salted meat.
