Mukuzani, Shumi, 2010

The grapes which were used to produce this wine were grown in the so-called “Nadarbazevi” vineyard in the Mukuzani micro-zone. It is always pleasing when the producer specifies the birthplace of a wine in such detail as this. A cherry-red wine whose bouquet opens further with every sip and with quite a long finish. Effective aromas of red cherries at first, followed by a hint of crushed morello cherries. This is quite a lively and highly acidic wine, still very young.
