Iberiuli, Shumi, 2008

This wine was made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Mukuzani micro-zone. The wine was left to ferment in oak barrels, as noticeable in its flavour and strong tannin content. Notes of individual black berries and sloe jam, and hints of ripe black cherries in the wine’s long finish. Serve with grilled sausages or steaks.
