This semi-dry sparkling wine, made according to the ‘Charmat’ method, was made from a blend of Tsitska, Chinuri and Goruli mtsvane grapes. A light straw-yellow in colour, distinguished by its even and pleasant sparkle. Initial aromas combine flowery notes and slight hints of lemony waffle. This is a soft wine with lively acidity and a noticeable sweetness, and hints of honey cake in its finish.
