Tvishi, Tbilvino, 2010

This appellation wine was made from Tsolikouri grapes grown in the Tvishi micro-zone in the region of Lechkhumi. A semi-sweet straw-coloured wine, it smells of spring honey and wildflowers, with the flavour of early pear only emerging towards the end. Cheerfully acidic.
