This Georgian sparkling wine – made from Chinuri grapes grown in Kartli – was fermented in bottles according to the traditional method. Distinctive for its pleasant sparkle, its aromas of lemon waffle and cooked cream, and for its joyful character and stinging acidity. Best as an apéritif.
