This was Schuchmann’s first Saperavi rosé, and this wine has been very popular for the past three years. This rosé has a delicate, tender appearance and its colour is that of cut strawberries. Gentle and distant notes of strawberry jam and redcurrant confiture. This superb summer wine is pleasantly acidic, and would best be enjoyed with light salads or sausage rolls.
