This wine, made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Mukhrani Valley, has a very open bouquet of aromas beginning with white plum, Japanese medlar (loquat), and lively and healthy aromas of ripe yellow plums. A straw-coloured wine with golden hues, it would go well with boiled fish or green salads.
