Tsinandali, GWS, 2009

The colour of this Tsinandali is a combination of straw-yellow and gold. This old-style Tsinandali has a classic bouquet combining the aroma of oak barrels, notes of vanilla and sweet spices, boiled cream and freshly-baked buns and later fried pumpkin seeds. This is quite an old wine with a complete character which would best be served with meat salads, or perhaps even smoked sulguni cheese.
