This Tsinandali is quite a familiar classic wine with pleasant initial aromas and a golden-green colour. Its bouquet is dominated by powerful notes of green pear, which become even stronger in its taste. Tasting also reveals notes of citrus and stony fruits (e.g. peaches). This is a new, lively and highly acidic Tsinandali wine with an interesting finish, and would go well with fish or light salads.
