Unlike Teliani Valley’s other Tsinandali, this wine has spent several months in oak barrels. This clearly manifests itself in a slight difference in colour, as this wine is more golden. Its first aromas are those of oak, followed by dried apricots, jujube fruit and sea buckthorn jam. With quite a long finish, this wine would be popular with people who enjoy white wine aged in oak barrels. It would make for a good accompaniment to sausage and salmon salads.
