Sparkling semi-dry, Khareba, 2008

In my view, this is one of Georgia's best semi-dry sparkling wines. Produced by Khareba, this sparkling wine was made according to the traditional method i.e. in bottles. Has a very pleasant and powerful look to it – greenish-golden flashes, and a long fizz. Besides the lively aromas of fruits, this wine also has notes of cakes made with honey. A very soft flavour.
