These Sauvignon blanc grapes were grown in the Mukhrani Valley in Kartli. This cheerful and very acidic wine – conceived as an apéritif – has the power to revive senses of taste one thought were lost. Noticeable at first is its lustrous greenish colour, followed by its amazing bouquet – dominated by a blend of flowers, coriander, lemon and pear – leading to a full, long and memorable finish.
