This traditional Saperavi was made and left to ferment in qvevri, following which it was decanted into oak barrels in which it was left to age for six months. A delicious, full-bodied wine with hints of smoky oak and vanilla. Its bouquet mostly consists of the aromas of red, ripe fruits and pepper.
