A rosé wine made from Saperavi grapes, light purple in colour with hints of yellowish-red brick. Notes of barberry and of crispy and dried black plums, with minute amounts of smokiness and age. This is a strong, muscular pink wine which would go well with meats or pâtés. Serve cold.
