The Khareba Winery recently added Saperavi to its range of qvevri wines. This is a raspberry-red wine produced according to traditional methods. First aromas of redcurrant jam and ripe cornelian cherries. Quite a soft flavour, which will become even softer with time. This is a luxurious and quite complex wine with a long finish. Should be served with spicy steaks or skewered lamb.
