Saperavi, Khareba, 2011

This is a fresh and very joyful violet-coloured table wine made from Saperavi grapes. Quite refined for a new wine. Pleasant acidity and aromas of cherries and a handful of black berries as well as ripe sour plums, later followed by sparkling notes of elegant garden flowers with a hint of honey. Would go well with grilled vegetables, beef cooked with tomatoes or skewered veal.
