This Kisi is a very handsome, fire-red wine. A traditional Kakhetian Kisi made in qvevri before ageing in oak barrels. Its bouquet contains strong traces of walnut oil, crispy dried apricots, jujube and oak. This is quite a strong wine, full-bodied and rich in tannins. Should be served to accompany smoked sulguni cheese or beef boiled with spices.
