This is a very good, very violet-coloured wine with a lively appearance. Notes characteristic of age at first, but after the wine has been allowed to “breathe” its bouquet features notes of oak and berries leading to very interesting hints of redcurrants and other berries. This wine is distinguished by its strong finish, and should be served with fried beef or pork.
