Badagoni introduced its new Mukuzani this year. Quite an intense cherry-red colour. The bouquet features hints of oak, and the wine has the softness of one reaching maturity. Mostly aromas of crushed cherries with sugar and plum jam, finishing with notes of red Bukhara plums. This is quite an acidic wine, and would go well with chanakhi (stewed lamb with vegetables) or cooked beef in tomato sauce.
