Binekhi’s 2011 Kisi is a handsome and lustrous amber-coloured wine whose bouquet at first reveals aromas of Georgian spices, Imeretian saffron and walnuts. A very complete and full-bodied wine with a long finish featuring flowery notes. This is a new wine, sharp and to-the-point, which would go well with beef cooked with spices or with shila plavi (a rice pilaf made with lamb or mushrooms).
