A distinguished and exotic Georgian wine made from Chinuri grapes grown in the Mukhrani Valley. This wine was left to ferment in qvevri according to traditional methods, and was left in contact with the grape marc and stalks for 6 months – quite unusual for white wines from Kartli. Golden in colour with intriguing aromas of mountain thyme and wild mint. Quite a long finish, with a sharp aroma of roses.
