Made from the Chinuri variety of grape grown in the Chardakhi micro-zone in the Mukhrani Valley in Kartli. Fermented in qvevri, in which it was left to age—but unlike Iago Bitarishvili’s other wines, this one was not left in contact with the grape marc and stalks. Straw-yellow with soft aromas of vegetation and a slight hint of sage and mint. Flavour both soft and acidic. Should be served with green salads, white chicken meat or fish.
