Pink wines made from French varieties of grape such as Cabernet sauvignon have also made their appearance on the Georgian wine market. This is very handsome wine, salmon-pink in colour, bursting with rays of light and warm hues. A distinct flavour of strawberry jam and a hint of bay-leaf. This good summer wine is stinging, fresh, light and joyful and has a long finish. This is quite a strong rosé which would go well with boiled veal, pâtés and salads with bacon.
