Tsinandali, Schuchmann, 2007

A classic Tsinandali wine. Very light straw colour with a slight tint of green. The first whiff reminded me of that which I have been discovering in Tsinandali wines for the past several years: notes of peaches growing in vineyards and a very pleasant bitterness. Hints of exotic fruits such as kiwi, melon and others. A very joyful wine whose slightly rough and stinging acidity render it an ideal wine for summer.
