Kakhetian Noble, Badagoni, 2010

This is a new bottling of Badagoni’s “Kakhetian Noble”—an elegant, luxurious wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes harvested in the Alaverdi micro-zone. Soft straw-yellow colour, very lively with aromas of pears, lemons and raw pumpkin seeds. Would go well with pkhlovani (cheese pie with spinach and beetroot leaves), aubergine salad, cheese pie or mature cheese.
